Employed in real estate sales since 1984. Involved in the sale of all types of residential and commercial properties and also in the preparation of formal real estate appraisals and mortgage financing.
EXPERIENCE AS A REAL ESTATE APPRAISER
Former co-owner of a real estate appraisal firm in Ottawa, Ontario. Involved in the appraisal
of all types of properties, mostly for mortgage purposes. Advised financial institutions on the
viability of loans. Also did appraisals for sale, court and expropriation purposes.
Held the CRA designation (retired member), which is a highly recognized appraisal designation granted after completion of highly rigorous requirements.
EXPERIENCE IN THE FINANCIAL FIELD
I have substantial experience in financing, having worked for a major financial institution in the mortgage department and having operated as a consultant in Cornwall. During that time, I developed numerous contacts with most major financial institutions to place residential and commercial loans.
In total, I have over 25 years combined experience in the real estate field. I have the expertise and most important, practical experience in all facets of real estate.
